**What do you like best about Picmaker?**

It has a huge template for the YouTube thumbnail section and is easy to customize. The customer support is super quick to help the users.

**What do you dislike about Picmaker?**

A lack of templates for other categories that they have.

it helps the freelancers to create the template for their needs

**What do you like best about Picmaker?**

The MAD button that lets you see different color/font/graphics combinations to stimulate your creativity

**What do you dislike about Picmaker?**

I'm finding some of the tools a bit harder to use than on other platforms.  Like crop tool doesn't work quite right when an image has been reduced to a small size.

**Recommendations to others considering Picmaker:**

This is not (yet) a substitute for Canva but a great add-on tool to help generate ideas and get additional templates, icons, and a different library of photos (even thought the Elite photos are a bit pricey, it's nice to have the option to look there--sometimes you just need a higher end or more unique photo).

**What problems is Picmaker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Only started playing around with it recently, but the main reason I bought it was that as a non-designer, I don't always know what to do when I want to improve something.  I know something's not quite right, but have trouble identifying why.  With the MAD button I can just get a whole bunch of options to see what might work better.
