**What do you like best about Napta?**

This cloud based saas application is really helpful for me to get right talent in correct project and we successful utilize there skills with more efficient way using Napta.

**What do you dislike about Napta?**

No major cons for this product it solves most of the problem. If they expand there support in Android and iphone /iPad with reasonable cost means will be really help customer to improve there business.

**What problems is Napta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool really helpful in solving major resource management problems which most of the company facing difficulties. It help us to management team and get excellent results by assiging right task for there skill using Napta

**What do you like best about Napta?**

Viewing available projects, tracking progress along. Better transparency and visibility. search engine helps to find relevant skills depending on the acumen and experience of the taskforce

**What do you dislike about Napta?**

Since it is a Saas, only web and cloud support is available. No standalone in any other os (windows, linux, mac) or mobile platform. Single sign in SSO authentication issues with employees.

**What problems is Napta solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Promoting and developing new skills among team members, allowing learning anytime and keeping track of the running projects. it's easy to schedule  training and set up some rules for the project. also it ensures compliance with GDPR policies
