Pickit has loading issues when opening collections of 50 assets or more. Pickit Drive solves this issue but if you are not paying for that feature, it can be difficult to navigate. The customer service is great! Whenever our team has an issue with integrations or SSO login, the Pickit team is quick to address the issue and get back to us. There's also a lot of flexibility for adding / removing various app features as needed. We have experienced some issues with Microsoft 365 integrations and SSO, which I think would be a much bigger concern if we had Pickit rolled out company-wide. Pickit is very user-friendly and well-considered in how it structures content and is ideal for how agencies work. From organizing assets for creative teams and sharing with external vendors. Boards are a fantastic addition so that other internal departments can access and find assets without trawling through endless assets.

We've very quickly implemented this into our workflow and have worked with Pickit's support teams on feature requests and a few queries on certain features so that we can maximize how we use it. In which they have been extremely swift and supportive.
