  ### 1. Digital Asset Management with Intuitive Features

**What do you like best about Pickit?**

Pickit is great at making digital asset management seamless for teams. The interface is minimalistic and clean, affording the user the power to organize, access, and share visual assets with ease. The integration with well-known productivity tools like PowerPoint and Microsoft Office extends the workflow of this platform by letting users easily make use of their assets right from other programs. It also offers a good collaboration feature, meaning that your team will be able to work on projects with effectiveness, knowing that they stay on brand by having access to the content that was approved.

**What do you dislike about Pickit?**

A couple of the cons are that indeed, Pickit does lack more advanced search possibilities. Sometimes it can get a bit clunky, especially if you have rather big libraries, to find exactly what you're looking for. Another aspect is flexibility in the categorization of assets, making tags-in other words, users would have more say in how they organize their content. Lastly, the pricing model may be considered steep for smaller teams or individuals.

**What problems is Pickit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pickit takes a lot of pain away from cluttered and scattered digital assets, which hinder teams from being effective. It gives the team immediate access to the latest and approved visuals, with increased accuracy and reduced off-brand content. The platform saves time in finding the asset, makes for consistency in projects, and helps centralize all visual content in one place to enrich collaboration. The outcome was faster workflows and quicker turnarounds on projects.

  ### 2. A DAM is necessary, but the process of implementing is painful.

**What do you like best about Pickit?**

Our customer success manager, Caitlynn Casebeer is the BEST in that she is responsive and helpful with issues - she genuinely cares about us having a successful experience with Pickit. I also like the basic capability of having all media stored in a single repository and the tagging and image recognition capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Pickit?**

While the demo and sales pitch made Pickit seem intuitive with robust capabilities, our experience is that after nearly 6 months using it: 1)  it's not intuitive to navigate and find functionality needed, 2) it's slow to upload media (compared to Google Docs or Dropbox), 3) it's confusing when it comes to users and contributors and what they can access or not access or how to get them access, 4) I'm still confused as to when or why to use Pickit Drive vs. Collection in Media when sharing content, so my filing system reflects this, 5)  after 6 months, I shouldn't still be confused. I think the most painful aspect is when Caitlynn does an AMAZING job explaining how to use features and functionality, and I think I've got it, it gets lost on me shortly after, which is why it feels clunky and unintuitive to use.  I've admittedly went back on to Google Docs and Dropbox many occassions to share files (internally and externally) because of the faster drag and drop of media capability Google and Dropbox have. That's probably my biggest dislike next to the platform being unintuitive; drag and drop is a must in our modern, fast-paced world.  Instead, I spend too much time creating temporary network files to then upload to Pickit and vice versa. Equally important, I want unlimited contributors and not have them count as a license. I went into this platform thinking that only Admin people would be counted against a license. When I use Google, I can simply share a link and infor that link to restrict or give open access vs. the clunky way it's done in Pickit.  I don't think my team uses it as often because of how clunky it is to use: navigating, slow uploads, sharing, creating organized files. There's many other issues we're having but this is what I can think of right now.

All media is in one place, or will be when we get all of it uploaded and organized. We can share media.

Easy to adminstrate in office 365 and few errors

**What do you dislike about Pickit?**

Troubble with installing on office 2016 the old 365. Bad pricing models and raise of price after first year.

Distrubuting templates and pictures for powerpoint to all even thus that dont woork at the office.
