So far my experience with Pickfu's customer service has been excellent. I've felt listened to. A lot of times, I've noticed customer service reps don't actually understand nor sympathize with the perspective of the customer. Pickfu seems to care sincerely and be highly honest with customers about the mechanics of their business, which I've rarely seen before.
