What do you like best about PickFu?

Everything. I've used it for multiple things for my business. The ability to pick the audience is great. I honestly don't think I'd change a thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PickFu?

Can be a little pricey at times, so I wish there were opportunities for discounts. Maybe there could be promotions in the future that could decrease the price of some polls. I know for Black Friday there was a small promotion if you bought a lot of prepaid credits, but that was pretty small for Black Friday in my opinion. It was also only really applicable to the big spenders (buy 450 dollars worth and get 500 of credits, or something like that). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PickFu solving and how is that benefiting you?

As an agency, we are hired for our expertise in branding, yet at some point, the client usually sees a point at which they can inject a subjective opinion about what their customers want or how they behave.

PickFu is the easiest, most cost-effective means to test multiple ideas in front of actual customers.

I like to tell our clients that all of us are customers at some point and customers are ruthlessly judgemental when making purchasing decisions. They don't put in 1/1,000th of the time that an agency or brand puts into caring about the product, service, feature, etc.

When it's on the shelf, in view, or at a point of decision, we are all ruthless when we make our decisions.

PickFu gives us that kind of context and ruthlessness without us having it happen in a real-world context. We haven't produced 50k products, published a $120k ecomm storefront, or deployed a $50k feature on an app. We get to put concepts in front of customers.

The feedback from PickFu ends up discarding what the agency or client believes to be true – or sometimes validating one or the other.

I love best the vast number of available template/testing options that anticipate my polling needs for various scenarios, which gives me confidence Pickfu is familiar with how to construct the polls for a result which specifically answers the identified question(s).
