I had an issue with one of my tests and they were quick to reply on the chat, kept me regularly updated on the progress towards a solution, and even put together a helpful video with my specific test to show me some other helpful analysis tools to use while I was waiting on the dev team to provide a solution. I have full confidence they will provide me with a great solution. It's wonderful to feel heard as a customer and work with a company that really seems to care and is so receptive to feedback. **What do you dislike about PickFu?** The test I ran didn't work as expected from the analysis side of things, but they were so quick and responsive to me I can't honestly put that in the dislike category. I've felt listened to. A lot of times, I've noticed customer service reps don't actually understand nor sympathize with the perspective of the customer. We usually have a few different concepts of product styles/designs. We could just choose 1, but its silly putting so much time and money into inventory without getting some input from customers if they will even like it (or agree with your product design choices). We have launched product that have failed, ran them on pickfu against our competitors to get some closure and actually significantly lost in that poll. If we would have run that before we could have saved ourself so many resources. And it just gives you so much more confidence in the project when you have customers in your market saying they agree with your choices. Cant say enough how much this helps, the value you get from a couple hundred dollars with pickfu is very high. **What do you dislike about PickFu?** I initially thought the cost was a bit more expensive than I would want to pay, because we would do 100 participants with many variants on round robin with a very specific audience, and after the first poll, we might need to run more. However I eventually ran a "ranked" poll which costs a lot less and the data is pretty much just as valuable. I found for what we were doing, ranked polls are perfectly fine. In ranked the participants RANK the choices from best to least. I initially thought they just ranked the #1 pick.
