So far my experience with Pickfu's customer service has been excellent. I've felt listened to. A lot of times, I've noticed customer service reps don't actually understand nor sympathize with the perspective of the customer. Pickfu seems to care sincerely and be highly honest with customers about the mechanics of their business, which I've rarely seen before. The people! Yes, PickFu's catalog of core products and expanding products is robust and unique, but it really is the people and the thought but behind their operations and offerings that set PickFu apart. The ability to test virtually anything about our products with the customized audience group. We've done with product selection, design, copy, etc. and the feedback was helpful. What problems is PickFu solving and how is that benefiting you? We use it to help with the decision making of our product from design, features, colors, to graphic and ad copies. The tool is very flexible and allows to test anything with a real-time feedback and insight. The comments are especially helpful to understand the result. It's probably the best investment you can make before committing time and resources and move to the next stage and to avoid costly mistakes as much as possible especially if you don't already have the existing audience to collect the feedback from.
