What do you dislike about PickFu? Can be a little pricey at times, so I wish there were opportunities for discounts. Maybe there could be promotions in the future that could decrease the price of some polls. I know for Black Friday there was a small promotion if you bought a lot of prepaid credits, but that was pretty small for Black Friday in my opinion. PickFu helps us get as close to real-world feedback as possible. What problems is PickFu solving and how is that benefiting you? As an agency, we are hired for our expertise in branding, yet at some point, the client usually sees a point at which they can inject a subjective opinion about what their customers want or how they behave. PickFu is the easiest, most cost-effective means to test multiple ideas in front of actual customers. I like to tell our clients that all of us are customers at some point and customers are ruthlessly judgemental when making purchasing decisions. They don't put in 1/1,000th of the time that an agency or brand puts into caring about the product, service, feature, etc. When it's on the shelf, in view, or at a point of decision, we are all ruthless when we make our decisions. PickFu gives us that kind of context and ruthlessness without us having it happen in a real-world context. We haven't produced 50k products, published a $120k ecomm storefront, or deployed a $50k feature on an app. We get to put concepts in front of customers. The feedback from PickFu ends up discarding what the agency or client believes to be true –  or sometimes validating one or the other.
