Customers pay a flat monthly price and submit design briefs through the Picasso Fusion platform. A designer who knows their industry picks up each brief and delivers finished work on the customer's brand. Designers produce social media posts, carousels and stories, ad creatives, banners, presentations, email graphics, and print collateral such as flyers, menus and brochures. Short-form video for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts is available through the Short-Form Video Pack add-on. The design team works across restaurants and cafes, retail, fitness and wellness, real estate, e-commerce, technology services, and hospitality and travel, including short-term rentals. Every plan includes unlimited monthly briefs. Customers can prepare as many draft briefs as they like, and their plan sets how many are in progress at once. The first creative response arrives within one business day on most plans and within two to three business days on Business Starter. Most standard assets are delivered as final designs within one to three business days. Each brief gets one creative direction, and revisions refine it until the customer approves the final design. Brand profiles store each brand's logos, colors, fonts and guidelines, so designers start every brief from the brand on file. Customers review designs, leave feedback and message their designer in the same place. Delivered work includes editable source files. Picasso Fusion has two plan families. Business plans start at $299 a month and suit owner-operated businesses managing one or two of their own brands. Studio plans start at $1,600 a month and suit marketing agencies and creative studios producing work for many client brands. Studio plans add priority scheduling and final delivery in one to two business days for most standard assets. Capacity grows by tier, up to four briefs in progress and unlimited client brands on Studio House. Every plan can be started with a 7-day free trial that includes one design.
