PI & Commercial Invoice Generator is a simple, offline invoicing tool for exporters, factory sales teams, trading companies and sourcing agents who issue proforma invoices (PI) and commercial invoices (CI) to overseas buyers and are tired of copying the same details into a spreadsheet template. Create a PI or CI with the buyer's name, address and contact, document number, document date and valid-until date. Save your company name, address, contact details and bank account once: your company name heads every PDF, with your details in the seller section and your bank info at the bottom. Add itemized lines with product name, spec/model, unit, quantity and unit price, and the line amounts and document total are calculated automatically. Invoice in your buyer's currency (USD, EUR, GBP, CNY, HKD, JPY, AUD, CAD, SGD or AED), with trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW, CFR, FCA, DDP), payment method and default terms you can edit on every document. Document numbers are suggested by type and date, and you can clone a document for a repeat order. Export any document as a clean PDF, and switch the interface and PDF labels between English and Chinese. Nothing to install: it runs in your browser, and your documents stay on your own computer. Sold as a one-time purchase with a lifetime license (2 activations), no subscription. It does not convert currencies, file customs declarations or taxes, or process payments.
