What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

Phrazor helps us analyse data quickly and generate customised reports in minutes. The best thing I like about Phrazor is that it explains important insights with language which makes our reports self-explanatory. The tool is also very user-friendly and intuitive. What do you dislike about Phrazor by vPhrase?

The product is easy to use even for a business user but it can be made better by further simplifying the configurability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phrazor by vPhrase solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Phrazor’s sales templates created for the Pharma domain for creating automated, easy-to-understand reports which help us judge our sales performance. It also comes in handy to keep track of the progress of individual members of the team, create a feedback loop and plan steps that can be taken to improve their performance leading to an increase in our sales figures.

Although we are using Tableau we felt the need to get in-depth and easy to understand insights hence we selected Phrazor. The platform is used for generating primary and secondary sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for various stakeholders in our team. We enjoy the simplicity of the platform which creates automated reports at scale and helps us cover various data points which might have been overlooked initially. What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

We use Phrazor to determine the ROI of our marketing efforts by tracking and evaluating the success of our marketing campaigns and initiatives across different channels. Phrazor enables us to integrate our data from different platforms like google analytics, google ads, and HubSpot to get a comprehensive view of our overall marketing effectiveness. What do you dislike about Phrazor by vPhrase?

We would want to see more data connections for marketing analytics like Semrush, Google search console, Optimizely, Hotjar, Facebook, KissMetrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phrazor by vPhrase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Phrazor helps us understand the full cycle of our customer journey right from prospect to a visitor.

By connecting data from different sources, it provides us accurate and timely insights in language-based format, which are easy to decipher even for non-data experts. Before Phrazor our campaign managers would spend at least two days collating data, analyzing and interpreting the insights out of it, and then explain the same insights to the clients. What do you like best about Phrazor by vPhrase?

Sony Entertainment India has been working with vPhrase for almost 3 years now. We get our weekly channel performance reports built for multiple genres that can be easily understood by various stakeholders in our team using their NLG based platform Phrazor.

Overall our experience with Phrazor has been quite nice, the only thing we would want them to improve is their data extraction functionality.
