Multilingual files often present problems, forcing us to spend a lot of time uploading them. Sometimes we give up and leave them as regular files due to errors when uploading them. We also face difficulties downloading them because of errors in the tags. There are many global issues that complicate our operations. There used to be an app that worked well on mobile, but now it no longer works. Additionally, if there is no internet connection, the tool cannot be used, which is a major inconvenience. Through AI, it should be able to collect translations that have been previously made for the same specific literals that we have in my company. At least present them as an option among the possible translations. For example, in our environment "Trade ID" is translated as "Número de Actividad." It's useful for translating large volumes. After translating into the target language, there's no need for separate document editing. I really like that when exporting after translation, it follows the original document's formatting exactly. It's also great that when translating tables or diagrams, you can check in the preview if the target text fits well into shapes, etc. It's convenient to be able to adjust the text appropriately while checking the status through the preview. There was an issue where some text was lost in the document containing diagrams. Therefore, I had to check every time to ensure that no translation content was missing.
