I've had a hard time getting a hold of them and when I do it's not always the most helpful to solve my issues. **What problems is PHPixie solving and how is that benefiting you?** The strict architecture avoids common pitfalls such as reliance on static methods, global scope, singletons, and other patterns. The best part is the settings in the UI. It's set up yo make it easy to be clean and avoid common mistakes.
