The best thing is that you get different types of effects in it and you can also do professional color grading in it, it has many features like crop pictures, remove background, retouch option, text & frames, and many other features are available for you to see and I have done professional editing many times on the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"If you can't have Adobe, have Photo Works"
2.5/5
What do you like best about PhotoWorks?

PhotoWorks is a great alternative to Adobe. It lets you edit pictures in high quality and has all the features to improve image quality. One of the best features is Bulk photo editing and it saves so much time! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhotoWorks?

I don't like that you have to go up and beyond to use Photoworks. The app has to be installed so it can be used. I would rather prefer it work without downloading it. I guess, it can make app less reliable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Software is good but they just try to sell new versions all the time, no download for old version"
2/5
What do you like best about PhotoWorks?

The software is fairly good for the price. It is easy to use and can produce good results. Not as versatile as Photoshop, but fast and easy to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhotoWorks?

They advertise new versions when you open the software version you own every time. They do not provide old versions download links even though you have bought a lifetime license. If you try to activate the download that is available from their website, it says you no longer have a free upgrade period, so the software doesn't downgrade automatically. When you approach the support with a request to get the download link urgently, it takes 1-2 days to get a response that it would be a good idea to buy the new version instead, and if you still need help, they ask to reply (and don't provide the download-link!), which is unbelievable. We have had to reschedule an editing session (at work) twice, and now the deadline is gone, thanks to this support. Good software is ruined by this need to sell, sell and sell. If the company doesn't actually want to sell a lifetime license, then they should not sell them like that. My version is just a year old, and I get this treatment...

I do not recommend the software because of this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
