It isn't hard to make a couple of clicks on my selected photo and easily remove the background, add new background. It works seamlessly. After spending years struggling to manually remove backgrounds using photoshop or other photo editing apps on my phone or laptop, it's incredible how accurate, precise and natural this auto removal is. Of course PhotoRoom doesn't only remove backgrounds. It has multiple other image creation and editing options to make creative and inspiring works of art out of you personal photographs. With its different section heads where you can select what you wish to do or create, it's pretty intuitive so you don't need to be an expert or even familiar with the software: PhotoRoom is easily accessible to anyone, regardless of their photo editing skills, Other cool features: -AI- powered editing: pretty cool to type in exactly what you want done or what you want your image to show or what you wish to create and AI follows your commands! -customizable templates, including tshirts and other templates not usually included in a photo editor! -versatility: good for wide range of apps of product images from e-commerce to social media posts to marketing. -easy to use and convenient on mobile app so you can save time and creat wherever your phone is ! **What do you dislike about Photoroom?** Downsides of PhotoRoom include : -Limited advanced editing: mostly designed for basic photo editing and background removal. Might not offer the extensive photo editing capabilities of more advanced software like photoshop , for users requiring detailed retouching or advanced design work. -subscription costs: while the app offers a free version with basic features, many advanced functionalities require paying for a subscription. Subscription costs can be weekly, or annually and are definitely an important consideration especially if the user only has need to occasional and basic use of an editing app and only occasional access to premium feature. Of course you can get a free trial of premium version for a week or several days . -learning curve: PhotoRoom is pretty simple and user friendly, but it still has a learning curve for users new to photo editing. It can take some time and effort to become familiar and comfortably proficient in using the app effectively. - internet connection: access certain features requires internet and users with limited connectivity will face limitations. -template limitation :users looking for highly specialized or unique designs will find photoroom's templates somewhat restrictive. -mobile only -watermark ok free version **What problems is Photoroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** PhotoRoom has been a lifesaver for my business when it comes to creating eyecatching product images for my e-commerce store site. Especially it's easy and simple background remover has been most useful, as this was an issue I was having in needing to remove the backgrounds from every single product photo and replace it with a simple black or white solid background. This was a struggle for me having to use multiple apps or manually try to cut out the background on an editing app etc. Now background removal is a cinch, anyone can do it even my child and it's done in less then 30 sec a photo! ### 3. It does a pretty decent job at cropping out a product and allowing user to add background and/or text while providing various media-specific templates. **What do you dislike about Photoroom?** The cost seems high at $89 per year. Furthermore, the app should provide an option besides simply removing background immediately when a photo is uploaded. Maybe prompting user with "What do you want to do?" and providing options. **What problems is Photoroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** The mobile-friendliness may be one of Photoroom's strength. The interface is stratight forward and it has several templates available for user to immediately prep the image for specific use (eg. YouTube cover,magazine, etc.). ### 4. Quality of output images are also very nice and it works in a few clicks. I personally like it because of the fact that it is AI based and leaves your output image error free. **What do you dislike about Photoroom?** I can't say something as a feature I dislike but one area of improvement is the price of subscription. Currently, it feels expensive to my pocket at Rs.99 per week. **What problems is Photoroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm using it to remove background from doctor's photos ( photos taken in their chambers and need their bg removed) that we use in our apps and departmental presentation etc. ### 5. Unlike Picsart, there is no glitching or freezing issue, more importantly it clears the selected part without any issues. **What do you dislike about Photoroom?** I was handling a meme page, back a while, i would use Photoroom to edit the meme templates, my only concern was with the limit, and the app's paid usage rates are high, but it's worth it. **What problems is Photoroom solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use to run a meme page and the target audience were around the age of 18-30. So the image should be precise, without any unwanted blur, pixelation. And there was a free limit for editing the images, that's a big plus in my content. ### 6. Advanced features require a small monthly subscription which is fine if you edit many photos each month.
