It is very light and that is a huge advantage since it allows us to edit photographs with high quality and at the same time use other software without running the risk of collapsing our PC. This editor of photographic images greatly improves the images, giving a professional highlight in each edition, I am very pleased with the administrative panel of each tool since you can find it with the naked eye, it also offers enough filter tools with which I can work freely and give the effect I need, with just a few steps and experiment a bit with this editor you can use it already professionally. Even if it is a great editor it is not updated anymore and therefore the interface is already something old, it also lacks some other tools that currently would be of great help for the editions, sometimes the loading of images and the rendering of the final work has some failures and can not be saved properly. It comes with a large number of templates for digital design, graphic tools, calendar templates and comic strip. The photo editing can not be easier. It has most of the editing tools such as cloning, brush, brightness and contrast, among others. The requirements for good performance are minimal with most of today's PCs. The latest version of this software came out in 2008, that is, more than 10 years ago, which makes this software a bit obsolete. In my work we use several people because of how light it is and also has a wide repertoire of export formats, especially the psd format. It is simple, especially aimed at simple and intermediate works of editing images and photographs. Useful tools are always visible and you avoid looking in menus and submenus. What do you dislike about PhotoImpact? It lacks more varieties of templates. The templates that are included are not very useful, in fact I have not found any utility. A more updated version is needed. In order to run this software in Windows 10 it is mandatory to run it as an administrator, otherwise this software throws an error and closes automatically. It is a software that is very easy to install and use. It has all the basic editing functions, it is very fast and light. It does not consume as much RAM and is therefore perfect for those low-income computers that can not afford an installation of Adobe Photoshop. What do you dislike about PhotoImpact? It is somewhat old-fashioned. It has not received any updates for several years but it is still compatible with all versions of Microsoft Windows.
