Hey, thank you for your feedback! We haven't always done the best job of supporting multiple languages or making our multi-language features easy to use.
We wanted to change this, so in the past few weeks we've added transcription and translation to surveys and responses in 30+ languages.
For example, if you're running a survey in both English and French you can simply modify a single query parameter: (phonic.ai/1234?lang=en and phonic.ai/1234?lang=fr). We'll handle translation and transcription - it's that easy.
