**What do you like best about Phonely?**

I like that Phonely answers calls for me when I'm busy, which saves me time. I appreciate how it sounds human, and I enjoy that the pause after the person talks is shorter compared to other AI solutions. The initial setup was fairly easy.

**What do you dislike about Phonely?**

It's a little inconsistent with the pauses; sometimes the pause is less, but sometimes it takes a while and then interrupts and answers. That could be improved.

**What problems is Phonely solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Phonely to answer calls when I'm busy, and it saves me time by sounding human and responding promptly.
