The fact I need full user licences to utilize the CRM system. my admin team do not need access to the financial reports to the same level as every other department....but they are the most important when it comes to CRM so I would have to purchase several more licences for minimal use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to look at overall spend and profit per month, year, quarter etc and easily compare to same month previous year is a tool I use daily. It is simple to view percentage margins on both full sales history and individual items, and Phocas simply shows profit too. This makes it simple to target downgrading areas of business and makes gap analysis and market trends easy to track.

It is functional and intuitive to use. I can download spreadsheets of information or download the same information on charts and graphs for presentations. These functions are invaluable when time is short and you’re needing professionally presented information with a tight deadline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is little to dislike. All information is laid out simply, so sales teams best get used to all of their accounts, sales history, margins and profit available to directors at the click of a button. But on a serious note, the only slight inconvenience is having to log in regularly if the account is left dormant. This is otherwise a good safety feature, and is easily resolved by saving log in details on your device and allowing auto fill passwords on the device too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used Phocas over the years it is so easy and intuitive, allowing you to build simple or complex reporting dashboards for all areas of the business to see visually what is happening in the business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
