What problems is PhixFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer Churn profiling Post Office Telco ; PHIXFLOW supported analysis for repeat callers to measure the relationship of repeat contacts into customer service and technical teams and customer churn.

Insight supported development of a bespoke offer toolkit targeted at repeat callers with slow broadband speeds which helped mitigate customer churn Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for your review of PhixFlow. Your feedback helps us to make improvements to our platform and our User Experience team, alongside the development team, are working hard on making improvements to make PhixFlow more intuitive for inexperienced users. This new release, due later this year, will provide users with a simpler interface with contextual help guiding the user through the process of building apps, significantly reducing the need for initial training.

The GUI is incredibly friendly and easy to use. With just an elementary level of coding skill, you can create models and data flows with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Occasionally you'll come across a minor bug which is non-disruptive as PhixFlow is very quick to develop a fix or recommend a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
