"Wonderful Platform for Security Awareness."

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

PhishingBox dashboard is very user-friendly, intuitive, robust and easy to navigate through the features. This platform has helped us spread awareness regarding phishing activities by making organizing and deploying training activities in our company easier. The great thing about this platform is the ability to assign, track and automate follow-up for training. PhishingBox has enabled us to reduce risk immensely in our organization through flagging unwanted emails and penetration testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I want the PhishingBox team to improve on the time it takes to distribute information throughout the service because sometimes the analysis behaves strangely. Apart from that, there is nothing to dislike about this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously, we had problems detecting, managing and mitigating security risks in the organization, but now, thanks to PhishingBox, it has been able to help us with this. This tool enabled us to improve security by providing comprehensive data reports to identify security weaknesses. What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Critical awareness is very key especially when it comes to creating security awareness training which helps employees to combat any cyberthreats and keep the organisation safe. I like how the reporting featurea helps us to manage and identify security and any threats before they affect any of our business processes.

Overall we've managed to create and raise awareness of phishing attempts in addition to having a great platform for educating our employees on different attacks.

I love the UI which is very user-friendly and easy to navigate hence creating a seamless user experience for the new and old users.

The support has been outstanding and very top-notch offering best-in-class support solution.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I hate when I am trying to create USB bait sticks is very hard at times and doesn't work properly at times too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We've been able to raise our security standards and awareness on some of the major cyber attacks and hence we have a more secure environment which has created a conducive environment for all our employees and clients.

The ability to sync our database quickly has been a major step enabling us to conduct training effectively and send tests and reports easily to all our employees.

We've seen decrease in threats in all our business processes and procedures which is a great thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Super easy to set up with lots of real world phishing examples including region specific that some competitors lack.

The training videos are a little cartoony, could do with more human characters and on some occasions improved explanations of the impact.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Overall PhishingBox is a great Cybersecurity awareness training platform that enables teams to conduct training on various cybersecurity attacks and input them with the right required skills to combat and to stay aware of the attacks.

Set-up is quick and easy, the UI is very straightforward and well documented for the user experience to be smooth and seamless.
