What do you like best about PhishingBox?

I like that there were quality templates to use when creating the fake emails. There were plenty of options that would relate to our business to provide a challenge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

The part that I didn't like is our failure rate didn't improve over our time while using the service. Our team didn't do enough of the training with individuals that failed repeatedly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the feedback. It is critical to ensure organizational buy-in on the importance and ramifications of not improving cybersecurity awareness. Requiring additional training is often a path to see improvement for repeated failures.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

You can easily set up your Phishing simulation - with a few clicks you can take the right template, import your targets from a CSV file and schedule the campaign. There are many different email templates and landing pages, some localised. You can also choose from a list of domains or import your own if you have such. Integration with Identity providers is also possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

Support is little bit slow. When you need help or have issues, it may take a while. EU instances have some limitations - not all domains are available. Also, you have just a few templates in the School (training module). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

PhishingBox is one of the best security awareness training and phishing simulation. I love we are able to conduct realistic phishing tests on our employees to evaluate the effectiveness of our employees security awareness.

It's a great tool that I would recommend to any organization to fight most advanced phishing attacks and improve employees awareness of phishing and social security campaigns on multiple attacks.

PhishingBox is easy to use and learn. Made everything extremely smooth, better hence creating a phenomenal user experience.
