What do you like best about PhishingBox?

The best part of phishing box is that the emails can be created or tailored from an existing template. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

The downside of it, is the sending out part. It isn't very clear or transparent in a way where I can send out quickly and the sequence is complicating for sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

I'm a big fan of the large number of stock templates Phishing box provides. It makes it easy to find new emails to send to our employees. I also appreciate the new templates are consistently added, meaning I don't have to spend any time making my own templates.

The tracking is also simple and intuitive to use. I can easily tell which employees are clicking on emails and identify areas where our organization needs to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

I feel Phishing Box's user interface could be improved in a few areas. Managing multiple groups and users seems more complicated than it should be. Likewise, I find it very frustrating that every time I add a new template to my library, I'm taken all the way over to my library of templates. This requires me to do multiple clicks to get back to other templates that I'm interested in adding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

Maintaining information security is critical to a small company like ours. If we were to lose a current customer due to a cyber security breach, it would put us at risk of losing that customer. The interface to create a phishing campaign is very intuitive and it is really good to be able to run a campaign over a long period to avoid staff sharing the fact that they received a phishing email. I also like the way you can schedule training for those who fall into the trap and can track their progress. I have also used the Management reports to present to the company owners which can show progress between campaigns.

The Support Team is excellent and I always get advice or answers to my questions promptly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

There is nothing really that I dislike. The application is well designed and easy to navigate around. I would like more templates for the applications our company uses such as Microsoft Azure, and Atlassian. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PhishingBox?

If you're new to doing phishing campaigns and have no idea what to do, PhishingBox will guide you through step by step on how to get started. Upon logging in, there's a welcome remark and will tour you on the tools and features that are available on the portal. What I like most here is that there is a course that you can take to further improve your knowledge about phisings campaign and give you idea what phishing does. Navigation on the GUI is user friendly. Phishingbox learning resources is also readily available in the internet. They even have they're own YouTube channel so there's no way for you to learn this application very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PhishingBox?

There's nothing I dislike in this product but what I notice here is that its integration on the store to 3rd party software is somehow limited. Understandably this 3rd party software are on the top of their product line but I think it's better to further expand this list and also have an option to readily integrate it less known application especially security products. What problems is PhishingBox solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's not just us as a company who is being help by this solution internally but also our clients by educating them about this attack because as we all know that Phishing is popular with cybercriminals because it enables them to steal sensitive financial and personal information without having to break through the security defenses of a computer or network and user security awareness is one of the cyber security measures being used to help counter attempted phishing incidents. Steve, our team regularly adds new templates so be sure to check back in the main library and add them to your pool as desired. Test domains often get reported by end users directly to email service providers (MS, Google) and can lead to temporary blocking of the domain until cleared again. Our support team works to proactively update the list of active domains and notify admins of any potential upcoming campaigns utilizing inactive domains. You can utilize the support chat feature within the portal to connect with our team to assist if needed!
