It's also easy for the staff to use via the PhishER Outlook plugin. the plugin provides a safe place to send suspicious emails instead of guessing and then hear back via email if it was a test, threat, spam or clean. We also use PhishRIP. If one person submits a suspicious email to PhishER and it's deemed a threat, PhishRIP will remove it from all email accounts to further reduce risk. Setup was really easy and I've gotten great support to ensure everything is connected correctly. The user interface is very professional and responsive. The support we receive from KnowBe4 is unmatched. Their self-service knowledge base actively tracks support issues and offers suggestions. Support agents follow up to make sure all our problems are resolved (mostly just going up the learning curve). **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?** I haven't run into any significant downsides yet, other than going up the learning curve, as I mentioned. That's not a problem, though, just the inevitable consequence of a robust system with many options. The PhishML feature will automatically split your reported emails into different categories with their inbuild Machine Learning Algorithms. The Phish Alert Button that comes with PhishER will be installed on the user's outlook and it will resolve the reporting problem with just a single click without forwarding it to the SOC team. Within the PhishER dashboard, you will see the reported emails by users and here you can see the category created by PhishML. The PhishRIP feature of PhishER will allow you to create a query and search for the reported emails by users, and then you can quarantine the emails from the user's inbox. Their integration with Virustotal will allow us to analyze the reported emails from the users and to deeply analyze the links and documents on the emails directly without using any other sandbox. The support of KnowBe4, PhishER's parent company is excellent. The implementation is very easy and affordable. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?** PhishER should work on the integration of more software. Their ML model should be more accurate in terms of email prediction. PhishRIP will only work on reported emails, not on others if you try to run a different query. **What problems is KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Knowbe4 PhishER is solving our email security and Phishing attack problem. It has a Phish Alert Button that will be installed on the user's outlook and then it will help them to report any suspicious email directly to the security team. So it is solving our email reporting process. With the help of PhishER, we can quarantine the threat emails that were not detected by the email spam filter and have been delivered to the user's inbox. VirusTotal integration is helping us to better analyze the links and documents present in the email. ### 31. Then, have the option to flip those emails, scrub them off any threats, and resend the clean version to test users. I also really like the integration with Office 365, and being able to add entries to our blocklist. You can get the PhishER from KnoeBe4 KMSAT training or you can buy it alone. It has a outlook plugin Phish Alert Button that will be installed on every user's outlook and will make the email reporting process very easy and effective. Once the user reports the email, it will be listed to the PhishER dashboard and then from here, you can analyze the email properly. It has a lot of features: PhishML: The phishML is a feature that will automatically analyze the reported emails and then categorize them as Clean/Spam/Threat. This will reduce your analysis time and efforts. PhishRIP: This feature allow us to remove and quarantine suspicious emails after it delivered to the user's inbox. It is very helpful in zero day attacks that were not detected by your spam filter. PhishFlip: With this feature, you can turn a real phishing attack into phishing simulation and test your employee's strength. Integration: You can integrate PhishER with other software and services like VirusTotal and Crowdstrike that will help you to analyze suspicious links and documents more effectively. Overall, it has a lot of features that will save your SOC teams time and effort to analyze an email. **What do you dislike about KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus?** The PhishML feature should be more accurate. PhishRIP queries have some limitations like it can only query the reported email, it cannot query the other that has not been reported by any user. Sometimes it fails to detect all emails. **What problems is KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** PhishER is helping us to detect and analyze the phishing emails in a better way. Initially, in our company, we were asking users to forward the phishing emails to the SOC team, it is not a good process and that's why we were receiving fewer reported emails. Now after using PhishER and Phish Alert Button, users are reporting a lot of emails and helping us to detect and block all the suspicious attempts to our organization. So, it is helping us to detect and protect from all types of phishing attacks. It has an integration feature with VirusTotal that helps us to analyze and verify any links and documents within the dashboard of PhishER without going to any other site or sandbox. With the PhishRIp feature, we are quarantining the emails that are suspicious and have passed the email spam filter. This is protecting us from this type of emails. ### 50. Many of the workflows require time to set up and test, but once in place it needs little to no maintainance **What problems is KnowBe4 PhishER/PhishER Plus solving and how is that benefiting you?** PhishER reduces the workload of reviewing & responding to emails. We used to work the way a lot of companies do in that we had users forward emails to a mailbox, which had to be manually reviewed and responded to which is time consuming & inaccurate.
