Adding this service to your email gateway make absolute sense to further enhance your organization's email security and it is quite affordable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Phish Protection by DuoCircle solving and how is that benefiting you?

Although users has been trained and constantly communicated with on how to spot "phishy" emails they do from time-to-time click on links they should not.

This adds an extra layer of "peace of mind" over an above in-house education around this topic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The URL Rewrite functionality and the visibility to it. It protects almost all phishing links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Phish Protection by DuoCircle?

Less capabilities in managing the solution directly by the customer.No granular controls , not everything comes on a single dashboard. Navigation is wierd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Phish Protection by DuoCircle?

Great and very reactive support. We just lost control of one of our mail account and thousands of spam were send before we could react. Thanks to duocircle excellent support team (Brad in Particular) we stopped the damaged, cleaned the mess and resetted our SMTP account in less time than it took to write this review. Kudos.
