Quick and efficient tech support. Talk to a real human which means the solution or answer to you question is handled quickly. I also like that the emails are cached on the server for 30 days. This saved me recently after a server had failed. It was out of action for over two weeks but i was able to check the cached emails and read them which allowed to me still use the email in a limited fashion. But this was better than not knowing at all. The setup is pretty straight forward and not overly complex. The system activation is super quick as well. This also limits spam and virus as all the emails go through Duocircle filters. This is good as i am not interested in deleting all the spam that would be let through to my server. I use this for a home email server. The price is a bit high when you only have 1-2 users and it is for personal use. The admin panel is a little quirky. Not as intuitive as I would have hoped. You can get things done there, but, the way you do things aren't how you would expect it to behave. Many times a support email is needed for the less than obvious changes. Some users have reported long delays on links to "known" good sites. Simple interface provided with the spam filtering features is great with spoof protection; in addition, the PhishProtect provides a real time scanning and protection against accidental clicks and convincing phishing emails through link check that will validate the reputation of the link. Besides that, their support is 24/7 with friendly and helpful customer support that will go another level to resolve my issues. Lastly, their web portal settings is simple, nice and easy to manage.
