Although users has been trained and constantly communicated with on how to spot "phishy" emails they do from time-to-time click on links they should not. Great and very reactive support. We just lost control of one of our mail account and thousands of spam were send before we could react. Thanks to duocircle excellent support team (Brad in Particular) we stopped the damaged, cleaned the mess and resetted our SMTP account in less time than it took to write this review. Kudos.
