**What do you like best about PhingooCRM?**

PhingooCRM is actually the customer relationship tool.it is basically a cloud based tool which is mainly designed for call centers.it helps to ensure better management of resources.and the best part is it's easy to understand.

**What do you dislike about PhingooCRM?**

i don't have dislikes about this tool because it's easy to understand and easy to use.

**Recommendations to others considering PhingooCRM:**

Recommended to my family business to use this tool and also recommended to friends. 

**What problems is PhingooCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we are managing our sales call from this tool.and it is quite efficient.we are able to save,edit and review the previous orders from this tool.
