I like using Phenom Applied AI for FitScore and AI Discovery because it really helps us find the right fit for candidates and determines which candidates we should review first when we have a large applicant pool. It's particularly useful for sorting who might not be a fit and who could be the best fit. I use AI Discovery the most and appreciate seeing candidates in our CRM who could be a fit, as well as candidates who are not in our CRM. I find Phenom Applied AI pretty user-friendly and easy to use for the most part. It helps free up my time for other tasks, so I can focus more on sourcing or strategy rather than admin tasks. I like that Phenom Applied AI is very intuitive. I think the interface is pretty straightforward and well done, so I don't have to go through a lot of clicks and searches to find the matches. The percentages are right there. I also like that it's color-coded, which makes it a lot easier to see who to contact at a quick glance, like noticing a green checkbox for candidates. The overall Phenom ecosystem is very user friendly, It was also very easy to implement, And being able to set a precedence with the recruiting team that we always utilize phenom first when it comes to recruiting for a new opportunity the platform supports that mantra. Were able to log into Phenom every day, utilize the dashboard to understand when we have new leads coming in or see how our campaigns are performing, We're also able to use the X+ feature to generate beautifully written messaging to our candidates where we may only need to make a few tweaks which saves us so much time. We've also really appreciated being able to use the X+ feature To ask questions about a candidate's profile and it provides accurate information as well as asking for suggested interview questions, for example. We have excellent communication with our customer support team, making it easy to continue to learn, grow, and level up within the platform. We utilize Hosted Apply which is definitely a game changer. The ease of integrating this with Workday made such a difference in our recruiters day-to-day tasks - Having two way integration is a huge plus to keep recruiters from flipping back and forth in multiple systems as much as humanly possible. Like any other AI tool, there are always Opportunities for the AI to misunderstand you or for misinterpretation. We have not found our niche in fit scoring and we have found that there is opportunity to improve the AI Discovery where we are not always getting qualified candidates (understanding you must train the AI, but it still can use some tweaking).
