**What do you like best about Pharmbills?**

Honestly, nothing about this company was good.

**What do you dislike about Pharmbills?**

No proper vacations. You only get 1.5 days a month, which you’re supposed to save up and combine later if you want to take an actual vacation. If you get sick, you have to use those days or take an unpaid day off. I somehow managed to save up 9 days, and they didn’t even let me use them all at once, so I ended up working during my “vacation.”

The trainings are horrible: they teach you nothing, but still expect you to know everything right after. I basically had to teach myself how to bill during my first year. The supervisors are also horrible and expect you to answer their emails within a minute, no matter how heavy your workload is. The workload itself is insane.

On top of that, the salary depends on the country you live in and how well they can lie to you. Some people make $10 an hour, some $4, and they have the same workload. They say it’s a breach of contract if you discuss your salary with others. It’s a horrible company. They keep giving you more work but not more salary. Honestly, I could talk for days about their horrible behavior.

I dont think they solve any problems. maybe for the companies but not for people
