I have implemented PFL 3 separate times, at 3 separate companies in the last 10 years. The Sales process is seamless, the handoff to Customer Success is seamless and the process to get the plug-in or store up and running is painless. As you can imagine prior to the pandemic budget was plentiful, but I never felt pressured to add to the offerings or like I had to spend additional dollars.
