Visibility, the ease at which i can navigate it myself and not need to be handheld. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The amount of time informaiton is kept, however i feel that is an internal issue. I would also like the ability to make my own reports rather than needing to request them being made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
