I really like Pexip's strong compatibility and integration capabilities. It can easily adapt to various video conferencing systems within the company, whether it's old equipment or new software, achieving perfect integration and saving a lot of costs and time. This allows us to achieve seamless communication and collaboration without the need for large-scale equipment replacement, greatly enhancing cooperation efficiency. This compatibility also plays an important role in connecting with global partners, ensuring smooth and unobstructed communication, which helps in expanding global business. Although Pexip's compatibility and integration capabilities are excellent, there are still some areas for improvement. Firstly, the configuration process is somewhat complex. For employees who are not very tech-savvy, setting up various parameters and completing system integration can be quite challenging and time-consuming, which to some extent affects work efficiency. It would be great if the configuration process could be simplified with a user-friendly setup guide. Secondly, during large-scale meetings, the video quality can be affected. When the number of participants increases, there can occasionally be lag and video delay, which is not ideal for important global meetings. It is hoped that the algorithm can be optimized to enhance video stability in large-scale concurrent scenarios. Additionally, its integration with some niche business software is not very high. The company uses some specific niche software for certain business operations, and when integrating with Pexip, the functionality connection is not very complete, making it impossible to fully achieve data interoperability and functional collaboration, which limits the optimization of business processes.
