Enables Cisco to contact Microsoft and Teams to contact Google. The quality of video sessions is a nice web portal for the administrator, easy client software for hosts and attendees. **What do you dislike about Pexip?** This is a very expensive option because the whole product is in this line. You may experience some problems with multiple monitor layouts. There are always improvements and functionality to add. but it may not be stable after the update. **Recommendations to others considering Pexip:** A conference system allows me to easily communicate with anyone with a laptop. Using this platform is a full-fledged software that allows me to better organize my days and share information about my life with members of my team. **What problems is Pexip solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is a full-fledged software that offers features that not everyone can do properly. Easy to use, excellent quality and connectivity every time. The software is simple to use and easy to configure. . Extremely time-saving when you need to have several meetings a day ### 2. Simple tool to use **Recommendations to others considering Pexip:** One of the best software which i come across in project management. **What problems is Pexip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communicate with our colleague in other location is bit difficult .Pexip provides better video conferencing with face to face interaction which reduces our burden. ### 3. The customer success team is as impressive as the technology. But I will gladly provide any updates as we grow with them. **Recommendations to others considering Pexip:** Try it yourself for 30 days. You were not go back to any of the last no established players after that. **What problems is Pexip solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits were immediate as it helped us accelerate the success of several business transactions we had been working on. Indeed we can scale quite easily a few others We have been working on now that our communication tool in an asset, rather than a tech challenge. ### 5. There are iOS and Android apps for the mobile experience. There is also a desktop app. But it can also be used in the browser or using Polycom software. Lots of flexibility **What do you dislike about Pexip?** Limited layout options. There are no changes to the screen layout currently. However, the gallery view that is standard is simple and clear. **Recommendations to others considering Pexip:** Always get a demo. Check with the reseller that they have shown you the activation tools and try out all the client options. There is a lot more to Videxio than appears at forst sight (especially because the interface is so deceptively simple). there is a lot of power behind this simplicity. **What problems is Pexip solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a cloud service, it offers HD conferencing from any compatible endpoint. Recordin and streaming can be done free of charge via YouTube and any number of other services. In addition, the ability to run the Endpoint activation tool ensures that you can bring any Polycom or Ciso system in to the solution as a registered endpoint and provides firewall traversal, allowing you to have a secure environment when using your endpoint. ### 6. The quality of video meetings was becoming a big issue for us. We had used other video meeting apps but even if they were easy to use, poor video / audio quality would often cause problems and make meetings much less effective. We went from only using video meetings as the last resort, to now relying pretty heavily on video every day to connect our offices across Scandinavia. We use it more and more with clients too. **What do you dislike about Pexip?** They don't currently have a chat feature, but they have told me this should be arriving very soon. **What problems is Pexip solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have offices spread out over Scandinavia, as well as partners in Ireland, so being able to move a chat thread jump onto video at any time helps us to solve problems and make decisions much quicker. It also gives our consultants much greater flexibility to work effectively and not stick to a rigidly a schedule of being in the office to work.
