**What do you like best about PEX?**

The product is fantastic, and card works efficiently and effectively.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

I must say that PEX cards works for our business and helps to manage fund with individual, the only features I must recommend is ability to load fud multiple cards at once or an EDI file enables on the portal.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving issue transparency in spending for individual clients, and this helps to track and eliminate unnecessary and non-business-related expenses.

Accessibility to certain reports aren't always available for the volume that I'm operating with.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

The ability to quickly replenish funds
Access to reporting is easy and quick; however not customizable on your own.
Ability to attach receipts and add notes in real time.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

Managing the spend rules. Knowing what categories to open for certain merchants can be difficult. 
The delay in decline notifications. 
The inability to turn off the access to the reimbursement feature.
Inability to approve or reject pending transactions.
No decline notifications for declines that include incorrect billing address or zip, card type not accepted or merchant errors. Having that visibility would be extremely helpful.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows for last minute project expenses as well as travel expenses. Very convenient that it is a Visa card which is accepted most places. The ability to reconcile within the platform (receipts and notes) makes is easy when extracting monthly reporting.

Easy to monitor and the customer team is very knowledgeable.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

The only issue I had with packs was one re-issuing cards that were expiring. It was a little bit confusing as I got an email saying that I had expired cards, but it didn’t specify which of the large list we have on the email.

Having one place where we can assign cards to each of our team members is crucial.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

Pex is an easy way to see the finance activity and to route finances as needed.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

The pre-paid cards have been frustrating for our staff. There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason to the instances when the cards are denied. The team doesn't have confidence in them and are often frustrated when they have to pay out of their personal accounts because the card was rejected.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are still relatively new to PEX so our experience is limited. Not sure regarding changes Pex has made.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

Being able to upload funds to our employee and scholar cards immediately can prove important in an urgent situation. Any issues I run into with this is promptly handled by a customer service representative as well.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

Sometimes navigating the platform can be a bit clunky especially when utilizing the apps such as the batch funding app or the funding scheduler. Since I'm in the platform often I'm able to find a way to make it work, but those new to the platform have more difficulty with figuring out how to use these apps efficiently.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My organization has hundreds of scholars that receive cards and payments twice a year and sometimes even multiple times throughout the year other than that. PEX allows us to send cards to them regardless of where they're located in the USA while also letting us fund their cards quickly and safely. This lets us be able to pay for their flights, hotels, food, and unexpected situations very easily. Otherwise we would have to wait a very long time to send out checks to each person individually.

I can't think of anything. It seems like PEX is good at navigating issues and addressing problems as they arise.

It makes it so easy for our volunteers to run their projects and its so easy for us to manage as adminstrators. Our volunteers love they dont have to lay out money and the cards have funds. The app helps us make sure their are funds and all the features like autotag just make the whole system work so well.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

I would love to see a way for reimbursements without ACH

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PEX helps us allow our volunteers to run their programs without paying out of pocket. Instead of constantly them laying out money, they have the card. Additionally AUTOTAG is an insane feature - 10/10!!!!

I love using PEX because it's easy and seamless when it comes to paying my bills. I really appreciate the sign-up process, as it's very easy and has a seamless, user-friendly format.

I just signed up, so there is nothing,  at the moment,  that I can say I DONT like about it.

I find using PEX is easy and seamless for paying my bills. The sign-up process is very easy and its format is user-friendly.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

PEX takes the cake in terms of ease of use and implementation. my company uses PEX cards to replace petty cash on projects. Rather than having cash and change and dealing with sometimes not getting receipts, we use PEX cards. 
Admins can easily activate or close cards, add funds a track spending and costs. We can even tag spending to specific line items in our budgets. PEX offers good customer support and fast reaction to needs such as fraud charges or glitches in the system.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

I think there can be some better and more efficient user interface with PEX. I want to have to click around less to do what I need to do but that is only my preference and not a demerit. And of course, PEX cards can only be used at vendors that accept cards so its not a full 100% replacement of petty cash.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PEX makes purchasing and spend tracking super easy. I love that I do not need to deal with petty cash and can allow multiple projects of many sizes using PEX.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

We are in the live entertainment industry that entails a lot of hospitality expenses.  Prior to switching to PEX, we were ordering cash on a weekly basis to fulfill contract riders.  PEX has allowed us to fund cash requests in real time and streamline our expense tracking.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

There isn't a downside outside of me learning and understanding all of the features.  I've run into trouble with TAG manager after learning your cannot delete a tag once it's been created.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Funding requests in real time.  We are able to limit our armored car service as cash deliveries are at a minimum now.

PEX has freed up a lot of my time. I no longer have to find and/or ask for receipts. I do not have to code transactions.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

Sometimes it will not sync all the transactions. This is frustrating when we are trying to close the month-end and I have to call support.

PEX automatically syncs into APLOS, our accounting software. It eliminates manual entries and journal entries.

I like that it allows our employees to access prepaid cards to access funds and conduct business. I love that PEX as an app that allows them to upload and tag their expenses.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

The QuickBooks Online integration imports every night. However, if an employee adds a receipt to their transaction three days later, that transaction is already in QB without the receipt and I have to go back a check for new attachments after import.

PEX provides an easy way to fund our ministry and allow our employees/leaders access to funds.

There can be issues with logging in our email issues when not using a private email server.

PEX is working on solving my account issues to login into my credit account, which hopefully gets resolved quickly.

I love the ability to fund cards instantly from anywhere!  Our crews work away from home a lot so quite often I get calls requesting additional funds later in the evening.  The cardholders are always surprised that they have funds before we hang up the call!

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

In drop-down tag menus, I can’t use the Tab key to move between fields, which makes it difficult to enter items efficiently.

PEX allows us to give employees access to company funds for expenses,  safely!

If employees don't use virtual cards it takes a while to get a replacement card.

The convince of being able to load the cards for the crews and being able to change the spending rules. Our techs are able to scan the receipts when makes confirming faster.

there is nothing I would change. It is extremely easy to use

The PEX card system has significantly improved our financial processes by providing real-time visibility into ministry expenses. Previously, we had to wait until the end of the month for credit card reconciliations to understand spending. Now, we can see transactions as they happen, which has greatly enhanced our ability to manage budgets proactively.

Additionally, the system has been a major time-saver for our ministry coordinators. Rather than collecting receipts and reconciling multiple team members’ cards at the end of each month, each user can upload receipts and categorize expenses as transactions are completed. This has streamlined our workflow and reduced the administrative burden on our team.  The mobile app is a game changer for our team members. 

Overall, PEX has made our expense management more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly.

Some of the features (reimbursements) do not have auto-sync features yet with our software.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PEX solved the problem of overspending of ministry budgets as we neared the end of the fiscal year - the real time sync to our ministry budget for real time visibility to budget balances was key!  Also a key time saver for our ministry coordinators - rather than supporting all team members by reconciling their credit card statements - each card holder is responsible for his/her own.  Efficiency WIN!

Well I haven't used it to its full extent just yet but my favorite aspect is that those on our team will be able to record their purchases in the app also support has been very helpful and they respond very fast.

The only thing that I wish that pex had that does not exist is the ability for our card holders to send funds back and forth the reason being is because as a church and because we work in close proximity oftentimes there's overlap between ministries and purchases that need to be made so it would be convenient if the preschool worker was making a supply run to Sam's if they could pick up an item for say the youth director in the youth director could just send them the money from their pre funded account.

The cards we have to purchase are very expensive and we tend to have to order a lot due to cards being lost by recipients.

Our noprofit uses PEX in a very unique way. We use PEX cards to give to students enrolled in public schools to purchase food after school/on weekends. We like how we can make rules on where cards can be spent. We wish we were able to control what items they are buying at each store. They are allowed to purchase food at a store like Target, but we cannot monitor what they are specifically purcahase at target.

It use to be that it took several days to fund the account. When I'm producing a project we rarely have the luxury of time. Everything is urgent. Fortunately, now that issue has been resolved and I'm able to wire funds quickly if the need arises.

PEX cards have a set load limit that can be a barrier to how it is used. I had to make a special request to increase the default $5,000 load limit to one that is more practical for our purposes. PEX may not be fore every company, just be clear of how you want to use it and know the limitations.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We converted a paper check approach to passing state funds to clients in our care. Replacing a cash envelope system with a stored value card has been a game changer for our clients and program administration. The PEX card has allowed our clients better flexibility in manging their funds and expanded their option to make supervised purchases online. 

As a side benefit, the PEX card as a great tool to teach clients how to budget their money. With no physical cash maintained at th e program, PEX cards reduce risk of theft or misuse of state funds. From an internal control perspective, client PEX cards are now managed and reviewed by a hierarchy of program and fiscal staff to make sure all client spending complies with with both state and company purchasing policies.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

PEX cards make it easier to give employees access to spending funds.  They don't have to request reimbursements and I don't have to write expense checks. A quick easy solution for all. I use them in both of my businesses.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

It's cumbersome to have to individually review each transaction.  I'm only concerned about having a receipt attached so I would love to be able to review them in batches.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Entering reimbursement requests and writing checks for multiple employees.

**What do you like best about PEX?**

The ability to easily upload receipts and relate it to a specific job by entering notes about the purchase. It was easy for our employees to start using and we have 24 employees using it daily.

**What do you dislike about PEX?**

The only real downside is that employees can't see how much funds are available so sometimes they will try and make a purchase and it is declined.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PEX allows us a way to provide our employees with the ability to purchase materials and parts needed for a job on the go, while also preventing unnecassary spending.

You can set limits by cardholder, merchant category, even date or type of purchase. That means less unexpected or inappropriate spendings

Some cards are flagged explicitly as “prepaid,” which causes issues at merchants that require “credit” cards.

**What problems is PEX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many companies spend a lot of time collecting receipts, matching them to transactions, chasing down approvals, reconciling statements. PEX automates many of those tasks
