Petty Cash Manager is a simple web app for small and mid-sized businesses to run petty cash the way accountants do (the imprest system). Give each custodian or site a cash float with a live balance, record every expense with a receipt photo from the phone, and send it for approval. VAT, GST or sales tax is split from each receipt automatically at your local rate, and every entry gets a reference number. Approvers approve or reject with a note, and one click tops the float back up. Reports show spending by category and an input-tax register, and approved expenses export as import-ready files for Zoho Books, QuickBooks and Xero. Works offline, installs on phone or computer, and supports English and right-to-left Arabic. Data stays on the user's device. 14-day free trial; plans from $7 per month.
