Tech on Swiggy and zomato is an issue for Android side. this can be improved for sure. For instance the orders are marked ready from our end but riders dont get updated information so they end up waiting. Secondly if the phone screen is locked and on rest mode order notifications may not come or get delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
