I like Openservers speed when executing tasks that are crucial to our operation. A windows os is too heavy and linux is too easy to crack. Openserver lets us utilize the computing power of our servers without compromising the performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Petex OpenServer? Too simple I think. But that's a feature if you ask most server developers. An operating system that does exactly what it is meant to do is advantageous to ward unnecessary load and security plot holes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Petex OpenServer: Highly recommended for sophisticated backend work and server job. You need a tool that does its job as it says it does. We realized we need to fast and stable software for our servers to run like a mad dog without compromising the performance in the long run. We found that mainstream software are just not cut for what we are trying to accomplish. Thus, we found Openserver can do the essential tasks we need without the extra baggage.
