I wish the syncing between PetDesk and our practice software(Pulse) was a little more frequent so they could update faster with schedule changes. And when an appt is rescheduled, it'd be great if PetDesk can recognize that an update, change confirmation times for the clients, etc. Versus us having to create a new appt for the client with the the new appt time in PetDesk. I can access PetDesk from anywhere at any time of day via my mobile device. What do you dislike about PetDesk? I have found that sometimes the ability to find exactly what I am looking for takes a bit of time as there are often no direct tabs to what I am trying to find. This app keeps not only my pets organized but myself. I always know when the last time they took their meds and when they are due for the next round.
