As a dog trainer it is difficult to find software that does all of the things that you need it to do. Petboost is tailored specifically to the animal industry having features that no other booking system I have used previously has. I have worked in the industry for a number of years in grooming, daycare & training & have always had to use a mish mash of a number of systems & trackers to book & collect money etc. For my training business this software does everything I need it to do so I don't have to keep track of a number of different aspects across various platforms. It has simplified my life immensely. I like the speed of response from the team if there is an issue or you have a question. The user interface is succinct & very clear making it exceptionally easy for my clients, new & old to book with ease. The calendar has intelligence worked into it so clients can book & with the buffer that I have created at the end of each appointment it allows me sufficient time to move from one client to the next. As it is a relatively new tool there are still a few things that need tweaking however the team are always available to help & tweak as you need it for your business. The user manuals are a little bit lacking & as someone who likes to really get into the weeds of what is happening I found this frustrating at first, but the new improved help tool "Grazi" has made a huge difference to this gap. I genuinely love the AI Grazi, the talking dog, every time I need help locating or using a feature, Grazi the AI dog bot helps me. She is really smart and I always want to give her a little chin scratch and a treat at the end for being so helpful. Id like to see an auto deposit feature - booking cannot be made online without a deposit (or in person can turn the feature off for abc reason)

I own a dog daycare, grooming and training. I was using an American company for 6 years, which was ok but expensive, not a great system (difficult to use) and to get any support took days, so I looked for a long time for a suitable system. When I came to PetBoost which is Ozzy owned I knew they were a small business but wanted to give them a go.

I have been extremely impressed, the customer service is out of this world, they focus on what animal businesses actually need and listen to their clients. You get a response to any question quickly and I was even given one-on-one in person help for two days. Frazer and his crew are very ambitious, friendly, capable and dedicated.

I am very excited and glad I went with them, the pricing structure makes sense and is very affordable, it is very easy to use and navigate, it has everything you need for any pet business.

They are so forward thinking and adding new features all the time, the way they have built the business reports/analytics is so impressive, easy to understand and personalised its amazing.

I am looking forward to continuing on this enlightening journey with them.

I really appreciate that Petboost Business is Australian, and the owners are very hands-on, striving to make the product the best possible for my business. It has drastically reduced my admin time compared to previous systems. I love the new two-way SMS feature and the live availability calendar. The system is intuitive and easy for both my clients and staff to use without the need for extensive training. If any issues arise, I can contact the help service for instructions, or the owner, Frazer, and it will usually be fixed the same day. They’re constantly rolling out new features, and they can even watch how clients use the system to identify whether there’s a system issue or user error. Petboost Business also connects to Stripe and Xero, which is a big plus. Initial setup was incredibly easy since Frazer came to our business and set it up with me.
