I find the consolidation of everything in one place very valuable. Being able to view appointments, contracts, GPS information and having a helpful answering service, that is really more like an extension of the office than an answering service, is something that you just can't find elsewhere. I wouldn't say I dislike much of anything. I would love for there to be more ability to build out different user experiences, For example, if we could tailor our view of pestpac to our needs versus what a different company may need. Pest pac is not as customizable as some other software, it is especially limited as a CRM (not that it claims to be a fully functional CRM) as compared to Salesforce. What we like best is that we can customize PestPac for how we run our business. They have always been able to assist us in setting up our scheduling, billing and reports for mosquito misting, seasonal services like cricket programs, one-time services with follow-ups and general pest and termite services.
