What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?

Pestpac has been great for our company. We are able to use it for both termite and pest control which makes it very convenient. It is also very helpful that we are able to process credit cards and ach payments as well. We have tried several different programs and Pestpac by far has been the best. What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

The few downside of Pestpac is not being able to integrate the customers directly into Quickbooks for the billing portion. The search engine can also be glitchy as it doesn't always pull up the customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?

I have used PestPac for over 13 years with small companies and corporations. This software is easy to use. This software can be utilized as minimally or as in-depth as you choose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

I feel that for reporting, all fields in the location, service setups and/or bill to's should be searchable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about PestPac by WorkWave?

I love being able to create reports in the report gallery, so I don't have to remember all the options every time; it does it for me. We've used PestPac for the at least the last 7 years. Back then, it was a littler confusing to learn, but I feel its very user friendly nowadays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave?

The only complaint I have is visual. I would like to be able to change the color scheme in the settings like we used to be able to. Some days my eyes just don't work as well as others, and the colors are hard to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
