Pest Pac is always growing to get better. I have been using Pest Pac since 2003 and have seen it grown into what it is today. Very ease to use and the Customer Service is always very helpful and pleasant to deal within. I normally get an answer within 24 to 48 hours. We use Pest Pac each day and working to add more features. We have just started using the Bundle and it is great, also looking forward to working in Sales Center after the first of the year. I love the ease that helps me commincate with my customers about their account I am able to explain 99 percent of everything to my customers witht he Guidance from PESTPAC. I get great customer support. I am able to use everything in pest pac every single time with ease such as when needing accomedations with billing, or cancellations, or tasking to get a task done. As an Operations Manager, I need to be able to look at my team and their status at anytime of the day. The pestpac calendar is dependable and very easy to work with.
