Honestly, everything from A to Z. PestPac runs our entire operation. It's very effective, intuitive and simple to use. It has helped increased our customer satisfaction to a level that we thought we would never get to and has cut cost out of our operations that we used to consider just a cost of doing business. Wish the customer portal was more user friendly. Meaning I'd like to type in a unit number and be able to pull up everything we've ever done for that unit. Not having automated call aheads instead of having to go in daily and send them out. Not being able to send out any type of communication and be assured customer will only receive it once. Some clients have multiple locations so end up with multiple emails. There are other things as well, but trying to call in suggestions for changes as issues arise.
