I work with large accounts, and it would be great to be able to pull more detailed information in one report. For instance, I would like the option to customize reports so that I could pull conditions and pest findings in one report. Many of our commercial accounts have business review meetings in which we must compile a lot of data. This would be so much faster with more customizable report options. It no longer alerts me that there is a task created on an account by changing the color. I wish that my schedule for the month would pop up automatically instead of the current date. I also wish it wouldn't stay logged in and running in the background until close the app. And I don't enjoy having to sign in with a password every time I need to open my schedule. That means after I release 1 batch of work orders for a specific technician - I would like to click exit and have PestPac take me back to the work order screen to release the next batch of orders. I liked from the moment we signed up we had instant help. They gave us training and how to's on how to run everything. I have had a few times where I have had to contact the support line by phone and email and they have always been able to solve my problems and show me in the future how to do it.
