PestPac’s customer support is available through chat, email, phone, and community support, which makes it convenient to report issues or ask questions across multiple channels. The software is tailored to pest control companies and is widely used in the industry, which can also make the selling process easier if you’re looking to offload your company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about PestPac by WorkWave? The downsides to using PestPac vary depending on your role within the software. In my opinion, the UI isn’t intuitive, which makes it difficult—at best—to resolve issues independently. Although there are many integrations available, some basic functionality is only accessible through add-ons, which limits the software’s day-to-day usefulness. For example, while you can add chemicals to a specific service order, there’s no way to cost out material usage for a given job. This makes cost management within the software extremely difficult. Additionally, there is no direct integration with QuickBooks, a commonly used finance software, so finance-based decision-making within PestPac is limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Door-knocking is an integration we’re interested in, since a large part of our marketing comes from reaching out to our existing customers’ neighbors. The ability to map current customer locations and then use that information to target future customers is a feature that would definitely help us expand our reach in the community. I find PestPac by WorkWave to be really user-friendly once you get the hang of the basics. I like that I can export almost any report and find out anything I want to know based on the data put into the system. The best fit scheduling is particularly beneficial as it helps us not have to rely on route numbers and technician names, and it can automatically assign ZIP codes. The exporting features and data importing processes are great, especially when we're purchasing new businesses since it's easy to export all of their customer data for a mass upload. I definitely think that PestPac by WorkWave can improve mapping and automatically routing specific areas. When we have condensed areas, it's unfortunate that we have to rely on maps to see exactly where technicians are assigned to, rather than having something that we could zone on the back end to specific routes.
