The software makes it difficult to generate reports related to employee records. There are some problems perview HCM provides a poor experience once you get the hang of it. **What do you dislike about perview HCM?** There are downsides worth mentioning. For smaller companies just starting the cost is quite high making it unaffordable for some. If you dont require its capabilities for a job function its functionality is limited compared to other options available in the market. **What problems is perview HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are software solutions that provide quality and features making perview HCM less unique in terms of competition. perview HCM has not simplified our processes, for employee onboarding, performance management, and time monitoring.
