Personyze works on any website regardless of platform and can integrate with any CRM, any third-party email solution, and any analytics solution, and comes with Google Analytics integration and internal analytics out-of-the-box. The first component of Personyze is the dynamic targeting tool, which allows you to define your visitor segmentation and use the magic of Personyze to show them any content you can imagine, ranging from simple visual edits on the site to targeted emails, popups, or banners, targeted using any behavior or user variable that is technologically available, including behaviors on the site, referral source, landing page, integrated CRM data, known interests, and more. It might take a few tries, but we never had a case where we couldn't do something. The product recommendation algorithms are top-notch, and the content personalization has given us a huge time management leap from custom development and custom modules and plugins in CMS. The Personyze team actually did the initial setup for us, and it wasn't that hard to understand what to do. I'd give Personyze a 10 in recommendations because their team is always there to help. **What do you dislike about Personyze?** The UI is a bit hard to understand if you are not really familiar with Personyze, and the excessive tools might give you many ways to do something, which makes finding concrete solutions a bit hard. However, their new UI and AI features have solved most of those issues for us. **What problems is Personyze solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Personyze to handle product recommendations, email campaigns, and content personalization. It combines multiple tools into one platform, saving us from numerous subscriptions, which is ideal for running a comprehensive ecommerce website. ### 2. You can tell that they continuously develop the platform with care and thought. **What do you dislike about Personyze?** Not very easy to execute. Sometimes the many options get in the way of deploying an actual campaign. Wish there were prebuilt wizards that walk you through from a-z. **Recommendations to others considering Personyze:** Fantastic support. This is by far the best selling point. Also, the reps are very knowledgeable about the product. As mentioned, there are a whole lot of options to choose from, which at times, gets a bit overwhelming. **What problems is Personyze solving and how is that benefiting you?** More personalized browsing experience.
