I find Personio easy to use and very user-friendly. It is especially well usable for end users, as we had to conduct few training sessions because it is very intuitive. The support is very nice. Feedbacks cannot be accessed via API. Goals and feedbacks are not integrated with each other. I would like to be able to query goal achievements in feedback discussions, but unfortunately, the modules do not communicate with each other. Also, the fact that competency models are now available is still too short-sighted - because the positioning of competency models also belongs in feedback discussions. But that is not possible yet. I use Personio for my day-to-day tasks and I find it very helpful. I can apply for, edit, or delete leaves, which is a major feature for me. It also helps that I can update my personal information, which is useful for the company's record-keeping. Uploading documents like salary slips and medical insurance is convenient too. As an HR professional working closely with Personio, I don't see any major drawbacks. However, like any growing platform, there is always scope of improvement and enhancement, so I feel Personio can work on offering more customization or flexibility for specific organizational needs.
